- This is a 90-day trial. Both parties review at day 90.
- Incentives are earned only when the baseline is exceeded — no exceptions, no partial credit.
- Team member owns tracking and reporting, due by the 10th of each month. No report = no payout.
- Plans are individualized and confidential — not shared with other team members.
- Baseline is reassessed annually (or sooner only if the math is clearly wrong).
